本次統計時段為一九九八年二月到四月，本次名額同樣為所有版面數目的十分
之一，也就是有十個社團板會出現在『所有版面』之中，其餘只會出現在主畫面
中的 (F)ellowship  或 (C)lass -> (A)ssociation 之中。

  評鑑的標準以各個板面之 post 文章數與文章量 (sum of posted bytes)
來做綜合評鑑，評鑑通過名單如後：

1. nthu
2. NCKU-FHL
3. fhl
4. TaichungClub
5. ntufs
6. St.Dominic
7. Grain
8. ntc
9. tmc
10. SoftSouth

本次『新進榜』中有幾個是新成立不久的板，表現威猛，校園版如 NCKU-FHL, ntc
，地區板中TaichungClub  終於擠進榜內，恭喜各板的成員努利經營有成!
